Above is user documentation for Version 1 of the integration process between Salesforce and LicenseSpring.

The steps outlined in the documentation include:

  1. Logging into Salesforce on the provided URL.
  2. Searching for 'create new order' and selecting the respective option.
  3. Inputting the mandatory Order ID and optionally adding a customer who can be assigned as a License Manager in LicenseSpring.
  4. Ensuring the input of a unique ID.
  5. Adding a customer to the order (existing or new) with necessary details.
  6. Adding products to the order from LicenseSpring's instance.
  7. Selecting a license policy for the products or letting the default policy be automatically chosen.
  8. Creating corresponding licenses, product features, and the order object in both Salesforce and LicenseSpring.
  9. Enabling the option to edit created licenses, disable or reset them.
  10. Modifying product features associated with the license, including adding, editing, or deleting.
  11. Providing links within 'License Information' to preview the license, order, and product in LicenseSpring.
  12. Highlighting the synchronization between Salesforce and LicenseSpring for any changes made.
