Auto-Generated Config File Guide

before creating an auto generated configuration file, the provisioning process must be completed once provisioning is finished, the floating server will appear in the floating servers list and can then be used to generate the configuration file to create a configuration file for a floating server, the setup must be completed through the vendor platform this process ensures that all required parameters are properly captured and reduces the risk of misconfiguration follow the steps below to generate the configuration file and download both the yaml file and the certificate chain 1\ access the vendor platform navigate to the vendor platform and go to the licenses section 2\ select floating servers click on floating servers after completing the provisioning process, all floating servers will be listed below click on the desired floating server from the list 3\ create/edit configuration file on the floating server details page, click create/edit config file a popup window will appear where you can select the database type complete all required fields based on your configuration see the screenshots below for examples in the popup window, the database type dropdown provides two options sqlite postgresql see the screenshots below for examples of each option the required fields in the configuration popup may differ depending on whether sqlite or postgresql is selected for details on the specific values needed, please refer to the configuration and provisioning page 4\ download configuration files 1 download yaml downloads the configuration file in yaml format 2 download certificate chain downloads the full certificate chain, including leaf, root, and intermediate certificates
