Step 1: Download and unzip the appropriate zip file for your platform: Download here

Step 2: Position yourself to the "floating-server" folder contained in the zip archive:

cd floating-server

Step 3: Add configuration to config/config.yaml

Step 4: Start the server:

./floating-server.exe
